Online recovery communities and support groups are absolutely essential now that we are collectively facing isolation and social distancing due to COVID-19

Below you'll find two lists of online communities offering support and resources for Loved Ones as well as meetings for Friends & Families, in the absence of live meetings.

We will continue to update these lists as new options arise.

Northampton Recovery Center - offers a wealth of online resources including Recovery Meetings, Peer-led Support Groups, Recovery Dharma, Support for Managers & Supervisors of Frontline Workers, Grief Support, Recovery Yoga, Yoga Nidra sessions, Writing groups, ACOA meetings and critical trainings for the whole community.
